Having worked with the Rockefeller Habits for almost 15 years I have recently been struck by the concept that there is a science behind Scaling Up a company and if a certain set of elements are present, that there is a proven formula to success. Of course the company must have the right type of leader and support at the board level, however if this is present, there is in fact a science to Scaling Up a business.

Simon connected the impact of operating with a purpose and the way that drives a larger number of people to greater success.
